Welham ("we", "us") is a trading name of Elevated Goods Group LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States.
Our registered business address is 1309 Coffeen Avenue, Suite 1308, Sheridan, Wyoming 82801, United States.

Orders
When you place an order, you'll receive an order confirmation by email. Payment is taken at checkout, including for pre-orders.
We may refuse or cancel an order where we reasonably need to, including suspected fraud, product unavailability or an obvious pricing error. If we cancel your order after taking payment, a full refund will be issued promptly to your original payment method.
Pre-orders
Products bought during a pre-order window will be dispatched within 21 days of your order unless a different estimated dispatch date is shown on the product page.
If we can't meet the stated dispatch window, we'll contact you and offer a revised date or an immediate full refund. You can cancel a pre-order at any time before dispatch for a full refund.
Prices and offers
Prices are shown and charged in your local currency where we support it, and in pounds sterling everywhere else.
Promotional offers, including buy one get one free, apply as described at the time of purchase. Unless stated otherwise, the lowest-priced qualifying item will be treated as the free item. Offers can't be exchanged for cash.
If part of a multi-buy order is returned, the refund will be adjusted so the original offer applies to the items you keep.
Returns and guarantee

Your statutory rights under the consumer laws that apply where you live are unaffected. For UK customers, this includes rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
Products
All lenses are UV400. We take reasonable care to display product images and colours accurately, but their appearance may vary slightly depending on your screen.
Minor variations in acetate colours and patterns are natural characteristics of the material and aren't considered defects.
Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.
Subject to your mandatory consumer rights, we aren't responsible for losses that weren't reasonably foreseeable when your order was accepted or for losses connected with the business or commercial use of our products.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States.
If you buy from us as a consumer, this choice of law doesn't remove any protection provided by the mandatory consumer laws of the country where you live. You may bring proceedings in any court available to you under those laws.
