Yes. Every pair carries UV400 protection as standard, which blocks 100% of UVA and UVB light. Selected frames are also polarised to cut glare from roads, water and screens — polarisation is listed on each product page where it applies.

Premium acetate and metal, with durable hinges and a comfortable everyday fit. We invest in frame construction, hardware and lenses rather than in branding — there are no oversized logos on any Welham frame.

Every product page lists frame width, lens width, bridge and temple length in millimetres, so you can compare against a pair you already own. If you'd rather just ask, message us and we'll tell you honestly which shape we'd put you in.

We don't currently sell prescription lenses. Most optometrists can fit prescription lenses into a Welham frame — we'd recommend checking with yours before ordering.

UK delivery is complimentary on orders over £50, and £3.95 below that. UK orders typically arrive in 2–4 working days. International delivery is calculated at checkout and typically takes 7–14 working days. You'll get tracking by email as soon as your order leaves us.

Every pair ships in a matte black Welham case with a gold-foil wordmark, plus a branded microfibre cleaning cloth. The packaging is part of the product, not an afterthought.

Add two pairs to your bag and the second is included. It isn't a discount — it's there because style is contextual. Different outfits and occasions call for different frames, and one pair rarely covers all of them.

Thirty days from delivery. Send them back unworn and in their case and we'll refund you in full. If something's wrong with the frame itself, tell us and we'll sort it — we don't make people fight for that.

Every frame carries a two-year guarantee against manufacturing faults, covering hinges, frame integrity and lens coatings. It doesn't cover accidental damage or normal wear.

Clean them with the supplied microfibre cloth and warm water — not a shirt hem, and not alcohol-based cleaners, which strip lens coatings over time. Store them in the case. Take them off with two hands; one hand is what loosens hinges.
